Heleen Meyer, leading food expert and author will be presenting a Food and Wine Pairing with wine maker, Carla Pauw from Saltare wines on the 17th October from 11h00-12h00.
It will cost R60 per person and will include 5 wines, including 2 new releases of Method Cap Classique and the Chenin Blanc and Syrah.
Heleen Meyers’ fine contribution to cooking books and the food industry has been recognized by obtaining 3rd place amongst 17 countries shortlisted in the international Gourmand World Cookbook Awards held in Paris France, “Onthoukos” presents a treasure of South African foods and ingredients and we believe that her knowledgeable contribution that this wine pairing will be significant to all.
